ESPN: James participated in very high-intensity training and had no pain or soreness after training.

Hupu News Today, November 14, according to ESPN reporter Dave McMenamin, LeBron James once again trained with the G League team South Bay Lakers today.

Currently, the Lakers are playing five consecutive away games (playing the Pelicans on Saturday and the Bucks on Sunday), and James is training with the team's Development League team. A source who attended Thursday's practice told ESPN that the session was "intense" as James prepares to become the first player in NBA history to enter his 23rd season.

Sources said that in Thursday's training hosted by South Bay Lakers head coach Zach Guthrie, James once again participated in the entire process and was able to successfully complete the 5-on-5 actual combat part without any residual pain or soreness in his lower back or right side.

The source also revealed that the Lakers plan to arrange a training session in El Segundo, California, on Tuesday after the road trip ends. If James continues to progress well this weekend, he may participate. The Lakers will host the Jazz at home next Wednesday, and will not play another road game against the Jazz until November 23.
