AC Milan official: Esturpinian will wear No. 2 jersey in the new season

July 24th, AC Milan Club officially announced that the team has signed defender Esturpinian from Brighton, and the new player will wear the No. 2 jersey.

The official announcement is as follows: "AC Milan is pleased to announce that Ecuadorian defender Estupinien has signed with the Ross and Blacks through June 30, 2030.

Estupinien was born in Esmeraldas, Ecuador on January 21, 1998, and began his football career in the youth training system of the University of Sport of Quito and made his debut for the team in September 2015. Since then, he has played 45 times for the University of Sport of Quito.

Then, he played for Granada, Almeria, Mallorca and Osasuna, and eventually joined Villarreal. During his time in the Yellow Submarine, he played 74 times and won the Europa League with the team.

In the summer of 2022, he transferred to Brighton and scored 5 goals in 104 games. Esturpinian has played for the Ecuador national team since 2019, and has made 48 appearances for the national team so far and have scored 4 goals.
