Alba: It s not because of Messi that he decided to renew his contract. Yamal is the candidate for winning the Golden Ball Award

May 17th Miami International officially renewed its contract with Spanish defender Alba until 2027. In an interview, Alba talked about his feelings after the contract renewal and his topic about Yamal.

Alba said: "In the end, renewing the contract is my personal decision. I renew the contract without being influenced by anyone. Of course, I hope Messi can stay, he is a key player in this team and the club."
