Manchester United teenager Dan Gore joins Rotherham on loan again
On July 18, Manchester United officially announced that 20-year-old midfielder Dan Gore will join the League One team Rotherham on loan to start the 2025/26 season. This is also the third time Gore has been loaned out by Manchester United. He will continue to hone himself in the League One arena. Goer's football career started at Burnley's youth training camp. After joining Manchester United's youth training system in 2018, he quickly made his mark. In 2022, as a main player, he helped Manchester United U18 youth team win the FA Youth Cup championship, and his outstanding performance also made him named Manchester United reserve player of the year in the 2022-23 season. In September 2023, in the League Cup against Crystal Palace, Gore made his first debut in Manchester United. He showed his outstanding strength and confidence as a substitute. On the Boxing Day of the same year, in the 17th round of the Premier League, Manchester United defeated Aston Villa 3-2, Gore came on as a substitute again and made his Premier League debut. Since then, he has been selected on Manchester United's roster many times. Although his chances are limited, each time he is selected is a recognition of his ability. In January this year, Gore joined Rotherham on loan for the first time, but unfortunately he only got three chances due to injury. However, even though his playing time was short, he still showed his potential in a limited time. In the game against the champion team Birmingham, he assisted his teammates to score shortly after he came on the bench, leaving a deep impression on the team and fans. Now, Gore, who has returned from injury and is eager to prove himself, joins Rotherham on loan again. He hopes that he can stay healthy in the new season, gain more playing time in the League One field, accumulate rich game experience, and achieve dual growth in technical and psychological levels, laying a solid foundation for returning to Manchester United or entering the stage of higher-level events in the future.
