The 2025 "Dachuan Cup" National Youth Women s Football Invitational Tournament Opens

On May 2, the 2025 "Dachuan Cup" National Youth Women's Football Invitational Tournament opened at Dachuan District Experimental Primary School in Dazhou City, Sichuan Province.

This competition is sponsored by the Dachuan District Committee of the CPC Dazhou City and the Dachuan District People's Government of Dazhou City, and hosted by the Dachuan District Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of Dazhou City and the Dachuan District Education Bureau of Dazhou City. It will be held at the Yangliu Campus of Dazhou Middle School, Dachuan District Experimental Primary School, and Yangliu Sports Park Youth Training Football Stadium respectively. The event was divided into three groups. Women's Group A was a player born after January 1, 2013, Women's Group B was a player born after January 1, 2015, and Women's Group C was a player born after January 1, 2016.

This invitational tournament is the first time that Dachuan District of Dazhou City hosted a national women's football competition. The competition lasted for 4 days, with 22 teams from 10 provinces (cities and districts) across the country, including Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Chongqing, and 350 players participating.

In recent years, Dachuan District of Dazhou City has vigorously implemented the "three major improvement actions" of venue facilities, national fitness activity brands, and sports talent teams. Dachuan sports athletes have achieved great results in international and national competitions many times. Chen Huitong, director of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of Dachuan District, Dazhou City, introduced that Dachuan District of Dazhou City has built 6 girls' football schools and 24 standard training bases, and has successively sent a group of famous football players such as He Xing and He Dongxia to the country.

As the host, in this competition, Dachuan District of Dazhou City organized more than 100 athletes from 5 teams, including amateur sports school, experimental primary school and Yifu Primary School, and will participate in the competition in 3 groups.
