Finch: We spent too much time deliberately creating a dislocation advantage, and the referee s penalty standard is expected

On May 22, Timberwolves coach Fincher was interviewed by the media during the team's training break and talked about the team's performance in the first game of the Western Conference Finals.

Finci said: "I think the Thunder are doing better than we do in completing more details."

Finci continued: "I feel we spent too much time trying to deliberately create a misaligned advantage in the first game. We need to play more smoothly, and we have too many singles."

When asked if the Timberwolves were distracted by the referee's penalty last night, Finch responded: "Everything is what we expected."

Timberwolves performed poorly in both three-point shooting and inside score in the first game, with only 11 of the open three-point shooting and 39 shots, and the inside score was limited to only 20 points throughout the game, the lowest score since February 2015.

Timberwolves lost to the Thunder 88-114 in their first game, and are currently behind 0-1. The second game of the two teams will start at 8:30 am on May 23.
