On June 16, the Guizhou Provincial Sports Bureau held a seminar on the construction of the summer football training and summer competition capital and the 2025 summer football event work. Mare emphasized that the 2025 Guizhou summer football event should focus on five "unifications" and comprehensively enhance the professionalism and influence of the event. First, the "unified competition organizational structure" is to build a "provincial coordination, departmental coordination, and municipal-prefectural linkage" event organizational structure, and clarify the division of responsibilities of guiding, hosting and supporting the unit; second, "unified information transmission", build an authoritative event information platform, and centrally publish summer training and summer competition dynamics to improve communication efficiency; third, "unified group classification", subdividing U-series events by age and group, connecting with the "Star Fire Cup" youth training league standards, and ensuring the scientific competition system; fourth, "unified calendar management", coordinate the holding time of various major youth football events in the province, optimize the schedule interval, and prevent event conflicts; fifth, "unified communication matrix", integrate live broadcast and broadcast resources, carry out special training to improve communication capabilities, and build a three-dimensional publicity network.

Mare requires that the construction of a football youth training and summer competition capital should be fully open. First, the "open venue" should be opened, and the youth training center venues in Bijie, Guiyang, Zunyi, Qiannan, and Southwest Qian are open for free to provide venue support and high-quality training guarantees for teams coming to Guizhou in summer; second, "open participation" and release invitations to train on competitions and promote training to the whole country, expand the scale of training and events, and create a strong football atmosphere; third, "open resources" should comprehensively train referees, coaches and live broadcast teams, and introduce social service institutions to participate in all aspects of the competition.
