Laspadori joins Atletico Madrid, Sotil goes to Lecce, Milan s right-back turns to the promotion

On August 11, local time in Spain, Atletico Madrid officially announced on its official website that it had signed 25-year-old Italian international Giacomo Laspadori from the Naples Club, and the two sides signed a five-year contract.

According to multiple media outlets including the German transfer market, Laspadori's transfer fee is 22 million euros, and there is also a 4 million prize clause. If Atletico Madrid can qualify for the Champions League, it can be activated, which is a relatively easy condition to achieve.

Matteo Rugeri moved to Atletico from Atlanta earlier this summer, with Laspadori being the second Italian player to be introduced by the Bedding Legion this summer. The forward transferred to Naples from Sassuolo in 2022, with a loan fee of 5 million euros, and spent another 28 million to buy out a year later.

Laspadori has helped Napoli win the Serie A title twice in the past three seasons. He played 109 times for the Blues, scored 18 goals and sent 10 assists.

Laspadori also played 40 times for the Italian national team and scored 9 goals, making him one of the members of the 2020 European Cup championship.

On August 11, local time in Italy, Serie A newly promoted club Cremonese officially announced that it would introduce 22-year-old AC Milan right-back Philip Traciano on loan.

Traciano is reportedly loaned to Cremonese with an obligation buyout clause. If this newly promoted team succeeds in relegation in the new season, they must exercise the buyout option.

Italian right-back Traciano joined Milan from Verona in January 2024, with a transfer fee of 4.5 million euros plus a surcharge of 1.5 million yuan.

Traciano is from Verona youth training, 1.86 meters tall, playing as a right back, and is a regular visitor to the Italian youth national team at all levels. He made 55 appearances in the Serie A and gave two assists. He made 23 appearances for Milan, without goals or assists. On August 10, local time in Italy, Lecce officially announced that it would introduce 26-year-old Fiorentine winger Ricardo Sotil on loan until the end of this season.

Sothir comes from Turin Youth Training and played football in the Purple Lily Youth Team in 2016. He played football on loan at Pescara and Cagliari. He was loaned to AC Milan in the second half of last season, but did not get too many opportunities to play. He only made 8 appearances and returned to Frankie from San Siro this summer.

Now, Sothil joins Lecce on loan. It is reported that there is no option to buy out in the lease contract, and the rental fee is 500,000 euros. This means he will be reunited with Kamada, and the young center is also loaned to Lecce for training this season by AC Milan.

Sotier turned 26 in June, 1.8 meters tall, mainly playing as a left winger. He has made 129 appearances in the Serie A and contributed 8 goals and 10 assists.
