Referee of the 10th round of the Premier League: Gillette officiated Tottenham vs Chelsea, Atwell officiated Red Army Villa

October 28th The Premier League officially announced the referee arrangements for each game in the 10th round of the league. Jared Gillette will officiate Tottenham vs. Chelsea, and Stuart Atwell (pictured above) will officiate Liverpool vs. Aston Villa.
