According to basketball media DNVR Nuggets, former Nuggets head coach Michael Malone will join ESPN's Western Conference Finals commentary team

Michael Malone was fired by the Nuggets with three games left in the regular season and will now join ESPN to participate in the broadcast of the Western Conference Finals.

The series will start on Tuesday night local time, with the Timberwolves vs. The Thunder eliminated Malone's former boss Nuggets in the second round of seven games.

Marron led the Nuggets to win the first NBA championship trophy in team history in 2023 and became the holder of the winning numbers in the team's history. But in the last week of the regular season this season, the Nuggets unexpectedly fired him and general manager Calvin Booth.
